Meital is an experienced corporate executive with an excellent track record in operations, legal and human resources in a global and local management arena. Meital is a qualified lawyer with an extensive background in the fields of intellectual property, contracts & labor law and is highly experienced in managing large cross-cultural teams and clients on a global scale. Meital also has profound expertise in project management.
Meital is an entrepreneurial leader, experienced in operating and growing businesses from the bottom up, whilst ensuring all sectors of the business are constantly overseen to ensure profitability, productivity and progression.
Meital served for over a decade as the global COO of Pearl Cohen, one of Israel’s largest international law firms, patent attorneys, and public notary firms. Meital established and managed the operations, human resources, and compliance departments of the firm’s worldwide offices. Meital developed high-performance organizational arrangement and teams, modified HR structure, and aligned all decision making with the company’s strategic goals.
Meital managed the patent group and its strategic clients, handling and executing special projects with high complexity such as construction of the firm’s worldwide offices.
Prior to that, Meital served as a Global Client Portfolio Manager at Fenster & Co. Intellectual Property Ltd.
Meital is a certified lawyer, admitted to the Israel Bar Association, and holds an MBA from Ono Academic College, Israel.
